Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Customer Service Representative located in Giza. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to parents, schools, and businesses who use our transportation services. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction while using customer support software to track and document customer interactions.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service, customer support, customer satisfaction, customer experience, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
