Mr. Tailor is Egypt’s largest Clothing Alterations franchise with over 20 stores located in high streets across Egypt. We specialize in clothing alterations and repairs, with selected branches providing dressmaking.
We are currently looking for Customer Service Specialist for our stores across Cairo.
This is a fast paced and diverse role which would suit someone with either a retail fashion background or that has studied fashion and held some other management role.
- The main job responsibility is making sure that our customers who visit our stores are 100% satisfied.
- Making follow-up phone calls to make sure the issue has been resolved.
- Preparing reports and required documents
- Identify opportunities for driving sales and revenue of the company’ to upsell when appropriate.
- Follows-up on customer requests for unit cancellation and recommendations for other unit sales
- Responds to complaints complaints/requirements and provide guidance when needed.
- Ensure new hires take on basic sales training courses, including communication and troubleshooting skills
- Schedule regular training sessions (e.g. monthly or quarterly)
