- Assign and delegate tasks/duties and responsibilities to team members

- Coach and develop L&D team
- Ensure team Learning and knowledge development
- Contribute to setting department priorities and strategies
- Monitor and evaluate progress of agreed upon strategic goals
- Participate in planning budgets for projects
- Review existing L&D content
- Design and development of customized L&D programs
- Market research to be able to achieve strategic objectives
- Utilize various learning technologies and tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs. This may include learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and other digital resources.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation methods such as surveys, and assessments
- Assess trainees, learning candidates, and any other prospective candidates who wish to enrol in learning journeys
- Set criteria for evaluating candidates through interviews or admission forms
- Develop and implement comprehensive development plans for all employees.
Academic Bachelor’s degree in the Education field or any other related field Masters Degree is an asset Experience Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position or in the field of education. At least 1-year experience in a senior position.
