- Machining all the needed parts of the group internally or externally using the traditional machines and the non-traditional machines.
- Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines.
- Develops manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures, plant safety procedures, and other government agency regulations.
- Repairs machines when possible or submits work order to maintenance.
- Maintains time and production records.
- Performs activities of workers supervised.
- Checks on materials for production.
- Holds department meetings when needed.
- Coordinates production with other departments and makes adjustments when problems arise.
- Designing and manufacturing required spare parts.
- Applying modern techniques of designing and manufacturing sheet metal dies, die cast molds
