We are currently looking for Senior Architect with (6-8y experience) in Design Development for our Consultancy office in Maadi, Cairo (office-based job).
Responsibilities:
- Draft Architectural models and drawings using REVIT and AutoCAD.
- Perform clash detection reports, lead model coordination and resolve design conflicts in collaboration with other disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall project design.
- Proficient in working drawings and materials selection and specifications.
- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals as needed.
- Competent to find smart design solutions to develop the architectural design and incorporate multidisciplinary requirements in the drawings.
- Qualified to prepare architectural packages for Statutory Authorities submissions.
- Participate in the preparation of the detailed technical reports using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Power Point and etc.
- Good knowledge of local & international design codes, regulations and submissions requirements.
- Good knowledge of the other relevant software (Photoshop, SketchUp, 3Ds max and etc.) is an advantage.
Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering.Proven experience using Revit and CAD software.Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.Professional performance and attitude.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
