• Evaluate and troubleshoot equipment performance and mechanical problems by analysis of performance data and vibration signatures
• Works in team environment to implement solutions to reliability issue
• Perform equipment and process troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Manage equipment repairs, upgrades and complex installations with in house or contracted resources
• Supervise mechanical crews when needed
• Coordinate training programs associated for equipment repair, installation or
inspection
• Maintain troubleshooting support and present recommendations to operating units on equipment reliability including emergency work reviews
• Support reliability processes to drive improvements, optimize costs, and improve asset effectiveness.
• Provide input for the Maintenance Budget
• Evaluate new technologies and alternatives for equipment repair while seeking cost and delivery advantages
• Overview units / Tenants fitout drawings, procedures and contractor work.
• Manage all Maintenance team tasks, daily work, weekly schedule and overtime.
• Overview Landscape Agency and its ongoing tasks and evaluation.
• Responsible for Housekeeping machines maintenance and all procedures.
• Coordinate & help with all mall departments, Tenants, Agencies and contractors when needed.
• Responsible for civil protection and all its procedures and issuing yearly license.
• Years' experience in a surface mining environment• Demonstrated ability to work independently part of a team• Degree holder in engineering combined with a minimum of 5-7 years engineering/maintenance field experience in Real Estate field.• Good understanding of the various international mechanical engineering standards
