Job Description

• Oversee IT Department: Responsible for managing the company’s IT department, almost every task that IT department personnel engage in, from performing routine system updates to installing entirely new elements, and Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
• Provide technical assistance and promptly resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Conduct regular system checks, maintenance, and upgrades, also manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.:
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
• Deploying, automating, maintaining, and managing AWS cloud-based systems, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of systems.
• Resolving technical issues related to the servers and other databases and determining the most effective way to increase performance, including hardware purchases, and server configuration changes.
• Programming in a high-level language (such as CSS, HTML, Java, C# or other languages) to perform script installations, configuration
• Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
• Familiar with Linux System administration, security, and maintenance.
• Accomplish any duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager.
