Duties & Responsibilities :

• Operational Duties: 
• Coordinate Domestic Logistics Operations: 
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the domestic logistics operations within the logistics hub. 
  • Managing the movement of goods from the hub to various locations, ensuring efficient transportation, and tracking shipments throughout the process.
  • Organize the work flow of the available Couriers.
  • Receive daily routing and updates from subordinates.
• Optimize Logistics Processes: 
  • Continuously analyze and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity. 
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement strategic solutions to streamline operations.
• Monitor and Track Shipments: 
  • Utilize logistics management software and tools to monitor shipment progress, track inventory levels, and ensure accurate documentation. 
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the transportation process.
• Compliance and Documentation: 
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards governing domestic logistics operations. 
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including shipping documentation, invoices, and reports.
  • Performing periodical technical evaluation for the Couriers
  • Customer Satisfaction Duties:   
  • Provide professionally customer service:
    • Handling Customer Inquiries and Complaints.
    • Proactively communicating shipment status updates, tracking information, and estimated delivery times.
    • Collecting customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement in the domestic logistics service.
