Orders Management Assistant

  • Properly documented all orders, create AWB's and released for pick-up.
  • Scheduling pick up with the different shippers, resolve shipping issues.
  • Processing and tracking order, returns, and refunds.
  • Follow-up with the CRM department on the order confirmation cycle.
  • Daily follow-up with the warehouse team on finalizing the orders preparing process.




     

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Statistics, Marketing or related field.+2 years of experience in e-commerce platforms and content management systems, such as WooCommerce or Shopify.Very good in English and communication skills.
