We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales professional to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and a proven track record of exceeding targets. As a Senior Sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and targets to achieve company objectives
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Present and promote company properties to potential clients, negotiate and close sales deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and legal requirements related to real estate sales

- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
