• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

• Implement and monitor HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development.
• Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.• 3-4 years of experience in an HR role.• Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
