Job Title: HR Coordinator

Industry: Production, Media, and Marketing

We are seeking an HR Coordinator in Cairo to support the HR Specialist in KSA. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in building and maintaining the HR department, coordinating with teams across different locations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist in building the HR department and coordinate with teams in KSA and Egypt.
Coordinate with relevant parties to fulfill government paperwork and requirements.
Maintain HRIS data and ensure accuracy and reliability.
Develop and implement HR processes and internal practices.
Address employee queries and concerns, fostering positive employee relations.
Collaborate on recruitment efforts, including job postings and candidate selection.
Participate in interviews and hiring processes.
Conduct comprehensive onboarding for new hires and manage offboarding processes in compliance with labor laws.
Handle general HR administration tasks efficiently and provide support to employees.
Execute HR transactions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
 


 


RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of HR experience.Experience in production, media, or marketing fields is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a relevant major.Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Odoo, PalmHR) is advantageous.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
