  • Meeting with clients to collect data and other information required to customize software systems during gap analysis phase to ensure best customization to the product and guiding them through each phase and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Installing customized software systems and all necessary components. 
  • Ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Diagnosis, research and analyze users’ issues and requests.
  • Prepare all the required reports for regular analysis. Learning new releases and functionality in preparation for the next implementation. 
  • help in gap analysis, customization and installation. 
  • Collaborate with technical team to understand client requirements and develop tailored implementation plans.
  • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after the implementation phase.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field from a governmental or a highly ranked college2-4 years of experience as an Implementation Specialist, Project Manager, or similar role.Strong focus on fintech, finance, and accounting applications.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good relationships with clients good knowledge of software applications, databases, and IT infrastructure.strong problem-solving skills.
