- Will frequently review the automated templates that their colleagues use to generate contracts, to look for efficiencies and improvements that will decrease time-to-signature.
- Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the payment terms of business contracts
- Escalate and resolve contract issues, coordinating discussions among involved parties.
- Monitor contract dates and set up reminders to ensure timely action on renewals or terminations.
- Review and update the company’s credit policy when necessary

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or mathematics.Previous work experience as a Credit Manager at least 15 year.Strong communication skills.
