Responsibilities: -
- Review Procedures, direct material and other indirect materials related to structural steel works.
- Review of shop drawings & fabrication drawings.
- Ensure that all works done are in accordance with the approved drawings, project specification and local & international standards & codes.
- Coordination with Site team for the various inspections and testing’s.
- Conduct audits on all subcontractors for activities related by installations on site.
- Raise nonconformance’s and observation reports.
- Create and monitoring quality system and quality Manual.
- Ensure that all activities are performed in accordance to Project quality plan & inspection test plan.
- Ensure preparation of welding Procedure Specification/procedure, qualification record and quality Procedures
- Monitor the corrective / preventive action progress and verifies the effective implementation of any required action.
Job Requirements: -Education: Any related bachelor’s degree. Experience: 3 to 5 Years of experience Quality – Structural; Steel background is a MUST; Preferably has experience in industrial projects.Languages: Good command of English language (speaking, reading and writing).Other: Lean manufacturing and ISO.Computer Skills:Understanding CAD / CAM programs.Experience in project management.Familiar with ERP software Odoo.Deal with design.MS Office Skills Intermediate.
