Technical B2B Sales Engineer

What you’ll be doing:

  • Represent Hoffen and become the single point of contact with the customers.
  • Conduct F2F meetings with customers
  • Provide technical consultation for the customers
  • Manage Customer relation
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
  • Interact with the customer for product offering, and brand awareness on time to time-to-time basis by meetings and calls.
  • Sales meeting report. Prepare
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and marketing, to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective customer support, promptly responding to sales inquiries, and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare administrative documentation for tenders, formulate proposals, and present them to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, applied arts, fine arts, or related field
  • Experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.-
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills-
  • Ability to read room plans and measure dimensions.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
  • Good at prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
