Head Of Sales - FMCG Market


With good experience in dealing with all Hyper Market especially TSC as well as LULU Hyper, City Center, Carrefour, and Others. And with good experience in dealing with online platform especially Talabat. And good experience in Dealing with Convenient stores as Trolley and Dukkan. And with good experience in dealing with all COOPs.


Must have a good experience in FMCG Sales.


Candidate must be ready for Hiring.


Sales Experience must be in Kuwait.


Knowledge of all the basic work as listing new product, renting market space, Finalizing deals with clients. Handling a team of Key account salesman, COOPs Salesman and Mini Market Salesman (Cash Van)

Skills

Handling a complete Sales Team and Managers.


Improve sales through all sectors of market.


Previous experience in dealing with Hyper Market and COOPs.


Previous experience in dealing with Convenient Stores.


Basic knowledge about mini market.


Already having good relation with Key Accounts.


Good English is a must (writing and speaking)


Handling deals and contracts with all type of Clients.


Ability to achieve higher sales.


Ability to manage the Sales team.


Ability to negotiate with client.


Ability to build positive work environment in the team.


Stability at work.
