Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager who will be responsible for ensuring seamless administrative processes, fostering a professional working environment, and facilitating effective communication both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for attorneys and staff.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and translate documents, correspondence, and legal materials between English and Arabic.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, training, and payroll.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a professional environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
