We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager who will be responsible for ensuring seamless administrative processes, fostering a professional working environment, and facilitating effective communication both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for attorneys and staff.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and translate documents, correspondence, and legal materials between English and Arabic.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, training, and payroll.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a professional environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
