Cyber Security Pre-Sales Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospect through to closing sales.
• Prospecting new clients
• Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our Business, offerings, competitors and industry.
• Promoting company’s products/services while addressing or anticipating customers’ objectives.
• Gathering customer / project requirements and proposing necessary solutions, preparing or approving quotations / Request for Proposals.
• Negotiating quotations with customers, studying their remarks and feedback, revising offers as necessary while remaining within Authority Matrix limits in terms of pricing, discounts, and terms of payment.
• Researching, identifying and reporting on business opportunities in targeted markets.
• Developing a robust pipeline of opportunities and revenue streams.

Customer Relations Management
• Promoting the image of the company by demonstrating professionalism, reliability and technical knowledge ableness.
• Expanding customers’ base by:
• Proactively prospecting for new clients.
• Tele sales activity to set up meetings and create new leads.
• Conducting research to identify new accounts and customer needs.
• Extensively following-up on existing leads generated from Exhibitions, Webinars and partners network.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and Client relationships. Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships.
• Use various styles to persuade/ negotiate appropriately.
• Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the CRM system by providing updates on daily basis for accounts, leads, and activities (meetings held, calls and client interaction…etc.).
Target Setting & Achievement
• Ensuring that monthly, quarterly and yearly targets are met (Sales, leads, offers, customers’ base, collection…etc.).
• Meeting KPIs.
Feedback & Reporting
• Reporting on daily basis to Business Development Director on accomplished tasks, expected activities customer needs, customer satisfaction, progress reports…etc;
• Assist in preparation of sales proposals, RFP and RFI responses as needed.

Ideal Candidate profile:
• 3 to 5 years of experience
• BS in Computer Science or BE in Computer engineering
• Have strong communication skills and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Highly organized and accomplished at solving problems and closing deals
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
• Well Connected and ability to deliver
• Able to work efficiently under pressure
• High energy personality
• Fluent in English
