Role Description

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for real estate? We are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Sales Real Estate Agent to join our thriving team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing real estate consultancy services to clients. Tasks include sourcing new clients, maintaining existing clients, marketing properties, conducting viewings, valuations and negotiations. The Senior Property Consultant will also be responsible for assisting with end-to-end paperwork and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong consulting skills, with the ability to provide professional real estate advisory services to clients

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. Proficiency in Arabic or any other languages are a plus

Exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to understand and meet clients' needs

Proven sales experience, with an ability to negotiate and close deals

Extensive knowledge of real estate practices, laws, and regulations in the UAE, and the ability to apply them

Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the real estate process.

Property Listings: Create compelling property listings with detailed descriptions and high-quality visuals to attract potential buyers.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and provide strategic insights to clients.

Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiate deals to ensure optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers.

Networking: Expand your network by attending industry events, leveraging social media, and collaborating with other professionals in the field.
