Nair Systems is currently looking for Release and Change Specialist for our UAE operations with the following terms and conditions

Plan and manage all Change/Release activities.

• Supervise the GO –live activities including the execution of the deployment plan.
• Ensuring efficiency in operations and effectiveness of controls implemented.
• Receiving UAT releases in Service Management Tool.
• Preparing schedule for conduct of Testing as per instructions from Head of Service Management.
• Assure the release integrity, version control and retrospectives.
• Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release schedule and quality.
• Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet expectations.
• Coordinate with stake holder release content and effort based on the Change requests. Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.
• Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
• Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews.
• Review Deployment/ Implementation Plans and Implementation specifications.
• Periodical Release Reporting.
• Continually work towards making improvements in the release process.
• Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and release calendar.
• Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification list.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)

The selected candidates shall join Nair Systems - UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in UAE.
