About I Train Gym:

I Train Gym is a vibrant fitness center in Al Ain, dedicated to fostering a supportive community for health and wellness. We're seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead our membership growth strategy and elevate our sales performance.

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the fitness industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Expertise in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
• Highly motivated and self-directed with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant sales tools.
• Positive and enthusiastic demeanor with a commitment to creating a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead the sales process from lead generation to conversion and member retention.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, analyzing performance and driving improvement.
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create a seamless member experience.
• Contribute to developing and implementing marketing initiatives to support sales goals.
