Job Description

· Data Analyzing tracking and reporting.

· Analytical interpretation of data Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Macros.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Explore and analyze available data to influence future projects and initiatives.

· Process oriented with good documentation skills, SOP creation, process flow etc.

· Partner with Business stakeholders to help build data platforms.

· Ability to work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines.

· Must be able to work with all levels of the organization in capturing, managing and communicating metrics.

· Able to adapt continuously evolving requirements and operational needs.

· Self-driven with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks through to conclusion.

· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.


The role will be focused on complete Rotima related activities, ensuring complete track reporting, Schedules / Actual performed till Job chart generation


· Identify leakages in contractual Vs Actual deployment variance.

· Keep a track of active / inactive employee headcount. (Weekly meeting with HR team for headcount reconciliation) (Daily / Weekly)

· Attendance tracking - Clock in / clock out. (Daily)

· Access card Status. (Weekly)

· Assignment wise Contractual Hrs variance. (Daily)

· Assigning roles / Cost Centre to employees in Rostima.

· Capture Shift / Employees movement etc changes in ground with respect Contractual / Schedule and actual performed in Rostima. (Daily)

· Periodic validation of Contractual vs Deployments numbers / Designation etc. (Daily)

· Capture employee attendance in Rostima, non fixed assignments. (Daily)

· Master attendance finalization for payroll, productivity report. (Weekly / Monthly)

· Adhoc operational requirements. (Daily)


Reports:

1. Time Attendance report.

2. Employee not Clock in / clock out report.

3. Assignment and Location wise Contractual Vs Performed report.

4. Absenteeism report - location wise and overall BU wise

5. Attrition report – Month on Month attrition trend will help forecast manpower planning.
