We develop software for back office support which help our customers to manage their back office work smoothly without getting involve in the actual issues customers facing.

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated female Telecaller to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and empathetic demeanor, and a passion for helping others. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to our application in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding application-related queries, issues, and feedback.
  • Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution of their concerns.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards their needs.
  • Document all customer interactions and relevant information accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and follow up on resolutions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written along with understanding issue of customer correctly.
  • Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers to make them feel served.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail which can be on the point.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or similar chat support tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in multi language is add-on but primarily or native language required such as English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Gujarati.
  • Master in any of there language English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Gujarati with fluent speaking and writing skills.
