Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Oversee the receiving, storing, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff on operational procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and inventory control teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements, monitor productivity, and generate reports.
  • Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures to create a secure work environment for all employees.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Assist in conducting regular audits of inventory accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with transportation teams to coordinate outbound shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
