Strength & Conditioning Coach

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Strength & Conditioning Coach, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs to improve the physical performance of our athletes and clients. You will work closely with our team of trainers and clients to develop personalized training plans based on individual goals and needs.


Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct fitness assessments and evaluations to determine clients' current fitness level and goals.
  2. Design and implement individualized strength and conditioning programs for athletes and clients.
  3. Provide guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques and form.
  4. Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to training programs as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other trainers and coaches to develop comprehensive training plans for teams and groups.
  6. Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and recovery in achieving their fitness goals.
  7. Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their training programs.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in strength and conditioning.
  9. Ensure a safe and clean training environment.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a Strength & Conditioning Coach.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
  3. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification.
  4. Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, anatomy and nutrition.
  5. Experience working with athletes and clients of all ages and fitness levels.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
  8. Attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of strength and conditioning principles and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
  • Ability to develop personalized training programs based on individual goals and needs.
  • Knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
  • Proficient in using fitness assessment tools and equipment.
