Position: Real Estate Sales Agent

Location: Dubai , United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

· Prospecting for new clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies

· Conduct consultation with clients to determine their real estate needs and preferences.

· Show properties to potential buyers and guide them through the purchasing process

· Negotiate offers and effectively communicate with clients, lender, and other parties involved in real estate transaction

· Stay current on local market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

· Proven track record of sales success in real estate or related field

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Self- motivated with strong work ethic and a passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals.

· Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).

· With Driving License
