- 2-3 years Proven experience as a Pattern Master or similar role, preferably in the textile or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of garment construction techniques and fabric properties.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in pattern drafting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Can speak English and Hindi
