About the role

The senior Pool Guest Experience at the Four Seasons Hotel are the first and last point of contact with the guest upon entering/exiting the outlets/facilities. They are the first and last impression the guest will have of the outlet and because of that, are an integral part of guest satisfaction.
Candidates must have a firm knowledge of the local and international market and effective communication skills in both speaking and writing Arabic, French and English is required. Must hold the legal right to work in Morocco


What you will do


  • Set up host/hostess stand and/or the working station
  • Review guest reservation book, and make recommendations as to the set-up of the room
  • Maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant while recognizing the maximum workload capacity of each server in order to meet Four Seasons Service standards
  • Seat guests promptly at a table pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preference
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
  • Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
  • Answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards and take guest reservations or provide information regarding the restaurant or any other hotel service.
  • Anticipate the needs of guests, respond accordingly to guest inquiries or problems, and recognize regular guests by name and utilize the guest’s name when possible
  • Respond to all guest requests (physical or digital) in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
  • Inspect and maintain daily menus to ensure quality, condition and appearance while developing a complete working knowledge of all menu items and daily specials.
  • Assist the Chefs and F&B Managers preparing menus and review verbiage and lie out with PR in order to promptly printing menus for the restaurants and special events
  • Ensure the outlets are organized and ready to receive the guest before every shift and/or events
  • Communicate with guest and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice. Listen to understand requests respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information.
  • The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and/or group
  • Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible, resolving guest issues and assisting with guest inquires as required
  • Seek out opportunities for guest-centric experiences cross promoting all F&B outlets and the hotel activities
  • Communicate guest preference with team members to ensure the highest level of personalized F&B guest service
  • Communicates and liaise closely with all possible concerned departments in order to follow-up on guests need
  • Review daily reports in order to identify special F&B requirement and/or VIP and Special Attention guests and be able to pass in timely manner the information to the rest of the team at any level
  • Becoming a champion in the use of the hotel guest recognition systems and organizing system (Golden, open table, etc…)
  • Help build an outlet database based on frequent hotel/local guest requirements and preference

What you bring


Education:           school education or equivalent experience.



Experience:        Experience in a luxury brands is a plus



Fluent in French, Arabic andEnglish
