Nurse Job Requirements:

Certification : (Saudi commission for health specialties)

Nursing Experience: More than 1 Year

Gender: Male OR Female

Duty Hours: Full Time

candidates who would join our team will have to complete home based visits 

 Responsibilities

• Ensure Home based visits to patients and assist doctors or physiotherapist during the consultation , lect lab samples and submit them to laboratories . 
• Promotes and restores patient's health by completing the nursing process; laborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical support to the patient .
• Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
• Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient, friends, and family to understand the condition, medications, and self-care skills; and answering questions when assisting physiotherapy supervisor .
• Practice according to governing agency regulations
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; and calling for assistance from health care support personnel.
• Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols; medication administration and storage procedures; and controlled substance regulations.
• Documents patient care services by charting patient and department records during their day to day activity
• Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• maintain a log of the entries of the patients in their wards and their health reports.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Communicate any critical information related to the patients or process to the nurse and the medical director such patient complaints or requests .
• Perform the pre-operative settings make sure that to have all required equipment before visits to patients .
• Ensure the hygiene norms and hazards risks management protocols are respected within nurses teams
• Ensure the compliance of all federal and state regulations and codes
• Ensure that medical wastes are handled with respect of safety guidelines.
• 
   Coordinate various practice activities to guarantee the medical quality of the facility.

• Support the company in all promotional and educational activities such as building content for promotional activities , business development programs and building educational programs
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and participating in professional societies.
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information and participating in team problem-solving methods.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Professional requirements :

•  Experienced as nurse 2 years 

• Effective interpersonal communication abilities (oral ,written)

•  Abilities to provide clear reporting and data to assess and develop the medical services

•  Experienced and proficient with computers, Web-based programs and electronic medical records

• Outstanding presentational skills,

• Ability to use various diagnostic methods in diagnosis and provide primary treatment to the patients in emergency
• Good presentation skills to conduct training programs
• Enthusiastic, enduring, and willing to work for extra hours
• Should be focused and willing to help the patients
• Profound written skills and should have proficiency in handling.

Job Requirements:

·         Must have transferable Iqama

·         Must have valid professional license in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

·         Must comply all the requirements and able to join immediately

·         Must have valid Pro-Metric Certificate

·         Must be fluent in English
