Collaborating with the Project and Process Manager, you will be helping in optimizing the manufacturing processes and gaining efficiency in terms of profit and quality.

• Assist in developing new methods/tools to simplify manufacturing processes.
• Ensure work balancing and standardizing to remove wastes.
• Prepare standard work for manufacturing processes and update Bill Of Material “BOM”.
• Scheduling, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Supervise compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Interact daily with different departments to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.
• Participate in the investigations, audits and improvement initiatives.

• 2 years' of experience in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field.
• PFMEA and Lean Manufacturing skills.
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Interpersonal skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Knowledge in statistical techniques and tools.
• Ability to work in a team based environment.
• Skills of Microsoft Office software’s.
