FOH Supervisor

Job Description:

- Handle daily tasks such as opening, closing, inventory, and maintaining cafe cleanliness.

- Assist the Branch Manager in managing the team members and daily operations of the shop.

- Check customer feedback, address complaints promptly, and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

- Oversee cash handling and sales, create budgets, and develop ideas to attract more customers.

- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations and maintain an appealing appearance for the café.

Skills

Qualifications:

- 35 years old and below

- At least 3 years of experience in casual to dine dining restaurants in the same role or as Head Waitstaff
