Personal Assistant to Director

We are looking for a Personal Assistant (Russian/Ukrainian-speaking only) for the Director of her own YouTube production to handle personal, family (90%), and business (10%) tasks. The Director has 5 children, all actively engaged in different activities.


We are not looking for a nanny, but it's necessary to oversee all activities related to school and extracurriculars. We are looking for someone who can achieve results by any (legal) means necessary. Phrases like "I did this... tried that... attempted... or struggled" are not suitable for us.


It's important that you can achieve results, think strategically, plan several steps ahead, and be persistent in solving assigned tasks.


Responsibilities include:


  • Oversight of all activities for the 5 children: liaising with schools/kindergarten (teachers and parents), managing extracurriculars, monitoring schedule changes, reporting absences, ensuring completion of household tasks, purchasing necessary materials/uniforms, etc.
  • Managing payments (school fees, extracurriculars, trips, etc.)
  • Personal tasks for the Director and her spouse: restaurant/service bookings, maintaining personal calendar, etc.
  • Office support: arranging medical insurance, vehicle paperwork, property management
  • Travel and visa support: hotel bookings, visa arrangements
  • Attending meetings requiring English translation
  • Managing family financial reporting
  • Business tasks (visas, insurance, employee housing)
  • Any other tasks that may arise during work


Candidate requirements:


  • Ability to independently solve tasks without detailed instructions, determining whom to contact, where to find information, and delivering results
  • Persistence and problem-solving skills even when challenges seem insurmountable
  • Always seeking solutions
  • Available 24/7, responding promptly to requests
  • Skilled in multitasking with large volumes of information
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal/Business Assistant
  • Stress tolerance
  • Attention to detail, business ethics, proficient PC skills
  • Conversational English is mandatory
  • Must be located in Dubai and possess a driver's license (owning a vehicle is an advantage)

  • Using phrases like "I don't know" or "It's impossible"


Working conditions:


  • Monday to Friday schedule but must be available 24/7
  • Compensation starting from 10,000 AED (to be discussed in the interview) plus possible bonuses and career growth
