- Ensures there is no lost project data or unquoted project following the tender department processes.
- Manages and coordinates assigned job quoting activities.
- Study projects specification including legend, vendor list, and project specs.
- Ensuring quoting and giving prices as per company standard pricing and discount strategy.
- To Ensure getting the best prices from our manufacturing.
- To Ensure we get the best delivery time in order to align with the project delivery schedule.
- Determine most cost effective fitof product to project specifications.
- Meets with vendors/suppliers to build strong and profitable relationships that benefit the company and gives vendors/suppliers incentive to drive more project opportunities to Robertson Electric.
- Maintain proper files for product quotes within company quotations program.
- Communicates critical information to purchasing and field associates that request information pertaining to vendors, products, pricing and competitors.
