Sales growth planning
- Analyze market needs and develop a list of new customers with new business opportunities.
- Set operational action plan and sales tactics to increase company’s products sales rate according to company vision and sales objectives.
- Present regular analysis reports to management about company’s products sales status for all lines and territories.
- Analyze and report competitors’ activities and promotional offers in pharmacies in order to guide various concerned departments in improving and increasing sales growth.
- Control external expenses and monitor budget.
Ordering process management
- Review customers’ orders and set operational plan to achieve sales target.
- Follow up ordering process and communicate with financial department to ensure company sales policy conformance.
- Coordinate fleets’ movement in order to manage the overall process of delivering products from manufactures to customers in the assigned area.
- Analyze and report feedback to management about company’s products and competitors.
Customer relations Management
- Manage defined territory by cultivating business relationships with company key accounts.
- Visit key accounts regularly and Manage customers’ requirements within the approved budget to assigned territory.
Team Management and Development
- Set Team performance analysis meeting regularly; to set individual targets and evaluate sales achievements.
- Measure and evaluate direct sales team (Supervisors and sales representatives) performance according to achievement and customers’ feedback.
- Coordinate “product knowledge” training process to assure accuracy of sales representatives’ knowledge about product medical specifications.
- Prepare regular performance analysis reports to be a guidance of team promotions, salaries increments and modifying incentives’ rate for direct sales department in accordance with company strategy.
- Assist and Manage department recruitment process starting from Sourcing to hiring.
Sales Operation Management
- Present timely reports such as sales visits report, weekly plan, and refunds report
- Ensure that company policies and code of ethics are communicated to sales team and monitor sales policy implementation.
- Analyze promotional requirements and report needed materials for sales team.
- Arrange regular field visits to evaluate and follow up business progress and team performance.
- Convey feedback, market information, and competitor’s business activities; analyzed and reported to management.
- Maintain inventory control and manage stock availability.
Bachelor degree of any relevant major Very Good in Englishvery good at Microsoft office Minimum 7 years of experience
