Position: Workforce Operations Expert Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $40 - $50/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities Design and optimize structured rubrics for evaluating AI model outputs in workforce operations. Analyze and reconcile employee data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with AI teams to create high-quality training data and evaluation tasks. Monitor workforce trends and generate reports to support operational decision-making. Support business continuity and incident response through workforce analytics. Communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders. Contribute to scalable workflows aligned with HR, security, and operational protocols.
Requirements Strong experience in people analytics, workforce tracking, and reporting systems. Experience developing structured rubrics for AI or data-driven projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Background in business continuity, crisis management, or incident response. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions under uncertainty. Familiarity with cross-functional workflows across HR, security, and operations. High attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity.
