We’re partnering with a fast-growing, customer-focused retail business looking to appoint a Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of end-to-end operations across sourcing, logistics, and distribution.

The Role As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring product flows efficiently from supplier through to store and customer. You’ll play a critical role in driving availability, reducing cost, and improving operational performance across the supply chain. You will work closely with buying, merchandising, and commercial teams to align supply with demand, while managing external partners across freight, warehousing, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end supply chain from supplier to final delivery Manage international sourcing and inbound logistics, including freight and customs Optimise inventory levels, ensuring strong availability while controlling working capital Lead relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners Oversee demand planning and forecasting alignment with commercial teams Drive continuous improvement across lead times, cost efficiency, and service levels Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation Identify and implement scalable processes to support business growth
What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a supply chain role within retail (fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods preferred) Strong understanding of global logistics, freight, and customs processes Experience managing international suppliers (e.g. Asia, Europe) Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally Strong stakeholder management across commercial and operational teams Analytical mindset with experience using ERP / planning systems Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
