Position: Adobe Specialist (After Effects) Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $21 - $70/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities Design and deliver training modules focused on After Effects and AI-powered animation workflows. Guide team members in optimizing motion graphics processes using AI tools and techniques. Develop tutorials, documentation, and best-practice guides. Stay updated on motion design and AI trends to enhance training content. Assess learner progress and provide structured, actionable feedback. Foster a collaborative virtual training environment. Communicate complex animation and technical concepts clearly.
Requirements Strong experience with Adobe After Effects and advanced animation techniques. Experience integrating AI tools into motion design workflows. Strong understanding of digital media production pipelines. Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching in a remote environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and workflows. Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
